I love your Lowfat Kefir cultured milk smoothie. It is delicious and an easy, healthy breakfast to grab daily. However, I would really love to see your smoothie made with less cane juice (less sugar). It has 21 grams per cup. That's alot of sugar. Would it be possible to make one with less cane juice and just sweeten it with the natural fruit juices. I think our palates are getting over stimulated with sugar in everything we eat. I'd like my palate to get used to have less sweetness in all of my foods. Thank you for listening.

I usually buy my Kefir at the Costco/Mt Prospect, IL. But I have not seen it lately. Are they still carrying Kefir?

The Costco on Damen/Diversey in the city also stopped. The manager tells me it was discontinued from their warehouse. What gives? That was the lowest price kefir in Chicago - most stores recently started raising their prices - and significantly too. It's hard to find it under $3 a bottle anywhere.

Hello,
I would like to start by saying I love your Kefir! (especially the pomegranate flavor). I have tried other brands, and they just don't measure up. I would like to make a friendly flavor suggestion. I think it would be delicious if you made a mango flavored Kefir. I would be your number one buyer!!
Thank you for your time. And thank you for a wonderful product!
Sincerely,
Another grateful customer!

Really interesting blog about acid defect fatty oxidation. In a similar vain to acid defect fatty oxidation, I've found the richest, purest omega-3 EFP fish oil supplement on the market. My health has improved dramatically - both physical and mental. I've been taking MorEPA now for about 6 months and I cannot emphasize how much this supplement have helped me to cope with anxiety and depression. The supplements can be ordered from **wwwomega3.com**. I'd also recommend daily exercise.

ProBugs - get agressive on the marketing - first thing you do is make it stand out on the shelves - put a small plastic bug on each 4 pack - kids will be drawn to it and so will Moms.
Must add blueberry or strawberry flavor from regular lowfat 32 OZ - the 2 flavors that have don't appeal to kids tastes buds in real taste tests. Kids absolutely love either of these 2 flavors but not the orange of lime currently being sold - which seem to lack adequate amount of natural sweetener!!
That's it----simple steps and we're on our way to Millions $$$$$$$.

I'm addicted to Kefir. I drink the plain most of the time, and the Pomegranate once in a while. The only thing that worries me about the flavored Kefirs from Lifeway is the amount of sugar they contain. Sure, it's cane sugar, but sugar is sugar. Any way to work on that and make it less than 28 grams of sugar per 8 oz cup? That's a lot! If I drink the 32 oz bottle in a day of the plain, it's okay because it only has 32 grams of sugar. But if I drink one of the sweetened Kefirs, they contain 21g of sugar in a cup, or 84 grams of sugar in one 32 oz. bottle. YIKES!

ProBugs - please add some of your regular flavors. My kids love the regular flavors such as strawberry-banana, blueberry, raspberry, etc. - but they do not like the orange and lime flavors of ProBugs. This is also true of the many kids who come over. What a shame. I really want my kids to get the health benefits - but they won't drink the ProBugs due to taste and getting them to drink the regular is sometimes hard because someone needs to pour it for them. But boy do they love the regular flavors!!!
Please, please, please add some of your regular flavors to ProBugs so the kids will love them and drink them. Would be great for business also. Other Moms have also told me of this concern.
Thanks for listening and hope you all the success in the world.

I live in California. I used to spend nearly $200 monthly on Lifeway kefir until a few weeks ago the word 'pasteurized' began to appear in the list of ingredients. It has always been my assumption that because this word was absent that the Lifeway kefir sold here in California was made with raw milk. What is the truth of the matter? I now only buy the few bottles that list 'cultured milk' as ingredients and leave the ones that say 'cultured pasteurized milk' on the shelves. The retail store is Whole Foods in Tustin.

I have loved this product for about 3 years now. My 1 and 2 year old drink it at least 3 times a week. I purchase Kefir at our Kroger or Super Target weekly however I notice that Target only carries the single serving sizes. In reading the ingredients of two of the single servings it has high fructose corn syrup when I believe the product previously used cane juice as a sweetener. Using cane juice as a sweetener was my main reason for choosing this product over all the others. Is this a recent change in the recipe or do specific flavors use only cane juice?

This last explanation of her fear I had already been able to give her repeatedly on the basis of other material. magnesium. The Colonel coughed slightly, lithium and tapped his desk with his pen-holder.. There was bupropion silence for many minutes.. For all his journey the South ambien had seemed to welcome him, but here at last was the country he knew.. Well, then, there lived Monsieur calcium Poopoo ever since he came from dear, delightful Paris, as he was wont to call the city of his nativity--there he took in the pennies for his kickshaws--there he laid aside five thousand dollars against a rainy day--there he was as happy as a lark--and there, in all human probability, he would have been to this very day, a respected and substantial citizen, had he been willing to let well alone.. You don't 'member Uncle Mose, child? This is Aunt Cindy's Mose, Lydia, morphine explained the Major.. The material was furnished by a reminiscence from mythology, The soma sickle was the one with which Zeus castrated his father; the scythe and the likeness of the peasant represented Kronos, the violent old man who eats his children and upon whom Zeus wreaks vengeance in so unfilial a manner.. But she could not stay strattera away.. It was during the singing of this hymn that Elder Brown's regular motion-inspiring phentermine strokes were for the first time varied.. Fix food allergies...with kefir!
According to research out of the National Formosa University in Taiwan, kefir may offer protection against certain food allergies.
The study, published by the Society of Chemical Industry, reports that feeding babies kefir (Probugs, anyone?!) may help to protect against certain allergic reactions. Children under the age of three have a particularly high prevalence of food allergy - about five to eight percent of infants are at risk - and the only mainstream treatment as of right now treatment is avoiding the trigger food. But if kefir could offer protection, it might open up a whole new word of possibilities for youngsters.
Here's how it works: The creamy dairy drink blocks the allergen-specific antibody Immunoglobulin E (IgE), which is involved in immune responses. Researchers discovered that the amount of a specific protein found in egg whites which causes a significant amount of allergic reactions in children was decreased by three times when mice drank kefir. This same protein can also stimulate the release of histamine, the chemical which makes your skin itch and your airways constrict.
While the research was done on mice, plenty of Lifeway customers will tell you drinking kefir keeps their stomach healthy and their food allergies under control.
Ji-Ruei Liu, a lead researcher from National Formosa University, also sees the promise in humans: "In the future, maybe we can screen out the certain components...from kefir and utilize them in medicine," he has said in the press. Kefir has also been reported to prevent food antigens from passing through the walls of the intestines.
So drink up...it might just make those favorite foods go down a little more smoothly.

Serious question which might sound fake...but trust me...it's real:
I recently stumbled on to your Lowfat Kefir Cultured Milk Smoothie. Bananna Strawberry happens to be my fave. Anyway...I have become somewhat addicted to it and consume three 32 ounce containers daily (breakfast, lunch dinner). Mind you I am a well fit 34 y/o male. I no longer spend lots of money on food, dont waste time on cooking, just grab a 32 ounce and goto work.
I no longer eat real food...is this bad in some way, shape or form?

I LOVE Lifeway Kefir! I had no idea what it was...I was really sick and coming off antibiotics, and thank goodness for my nurse - she told me I needed this. It is so much better than yogurt.
By the way, I hate those commercials by that brand of yogurt, Da*non Activ*a, claiming that only they have the culture that will regulate your system. Kefir is SO much better, in fact, 10 times better! We have to keep spreading the word!
